• Mark Hibberd and Andrew Newman – Mark’s YOW! talk “Failure and Change – Principles of Reliable Systems” and enjoyed Kents keynote and the 3X framework which is easy to understand and important for hiring whilst Andrew has noticed how many fewer ORM and Java talks we have at YOW! now and enjoyed and was convinced by Anita’s keynote
