First Steps to Agile and Scrum (1 day)
A one day basics look at the most popular Agile method, Scrum, it’s key practices and activities, roles and artifacts. Along with a firm grounding in Scrum, this course will introduce Agile in general and highlight the importance of behavioural and cultural change in alignment with Agile Manifesto and Principles.
First Steps to Kanban and Systems Thinking (1 day)
An evolutionary change method, this one day dive into Kanban and Systems Thinking highlights the importance of incremental change through visualising work, managing flow, limiting work in progress and pulling work
First Steps to Lean (1 day)
This one day focus on Lean highlights the importance of knowing your customer, knowing your processes through value stream mapping and eliminating waste within your organisation.

Introduction to Lean Startup (1 day)
Do you really know your customer? How quickly can you prove whether your have realised expected benefits when you release value to your customer? This one day course gets to the heart of dealing with experimenting with hypotheses about your customers and shortening the feedback loop down to days through the usage of Lean Startup’s build, measure and learn cycles. We take a look at the different types of hypotheses, what Minimal Viable Product really means, the advantages of A/B testing and how it all relates to complexity theory.

Second Steps to Agile: Product Planning & Inception (1 day)
Agile is often confused as no planning upfront, but it is important before you start sprinting or iterating to have a clear backlog based of features and stories. Participants in this workshop will learn how to drive and facilitate Inception to understand the customer problem, discover potential solutions, set goals, identify features and stories that meet these goals, confirm constraints and plan delivery options.
